Liberty Paving & Concrete was started 40 years ago by Joseph Stevens. With his 2 sons Josh and Zack there are three generations of paving experience and expertise.
FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT
Liberty Paving & Concrete was founded in 1952 by Joseph Stevens, learning to be a paving contractor from his father. Initially, the company was comprised of three employees.
He understands the language and the specifications needed in the commercial and residential paving business. Joe is a second generation paver with over 40 years experience.
PARTNER
Josh previously worked as an Engineer. He is a third generation paver with over 17 years experience.

Zack came into the family business as it continued to grow and more people need Liberty Paving & Concrete services. He is a third generation paver and has over 14 years experience.
